Šioje pozicijoje Tu:

  • Organizuosi Inžinierių-technologų grupės veiklą, užtikrindamas (-a) efektyvų užduočių paskirstymą ir įgyvendinimą.
  • Koordinuosi liejimo formų gamybos technologinių procesų, darbo metodų ir gamybos operacijų kūrimą, diegimą bei nuolatinį tobulinimą.
  • Užtikrinsi technologinės dokumentacijos tikslumą ir savalaikį atnaujinimą.
  • Analizuosi gamybos procesus, identifikuosi technologines problemas ir inicijuosi efektyvių sprendimų įgyvendinimą.
  • Bendradarbiausi su konstruktoriais, gamybos, kokybės, pirkimų ir kitų padalinių komandomis, sprendžiant technologinius klausimus ir užtikrinant sklandų procesų veikimą.

Requirements

Ko iš Tavęs tikimės:

  • 5+ metų patirties gamybinių technologijų kūrime (plastiko liejimo formų - didelis privalumas).
  • Vadovavimo inžinierių komandai patirties.
  • Metalo apdirbimo procesų išmanymo (CNC frezavimo, EDM, šlifavimo ir kt.).
  • Patirties dirbant su CAM/CAD programomis.
  • Aukštojo išsilavinimo inžinerijos srityje (Mechanikos ar Gamybos inžinerijos srityje - privalumas).
  • Analitinio mąstymo, atidumo detalėms ir gebėjimo spręsti inžinerines problemas.
  • Gebėjimo dirbti komandoje ir bendradarbiauti su skirtingais padaliniais.
  • Labai gerų anglų kalbos žinių (B2/C1 lygiu) – tiek raštu, tiek žodžiu.

Atlyginimas:

Vertindami kandidatų pastangas ir patirtį, siūlome patrauklų atlyginimą, kuris atitinka įgūdžius ir kompetenciją. Šios pozicijos darbo užmokestis yra nuo 27 Eur/val. iki 34 Eur/val. (~4536Eur – 5712 Eur) neatskaičius mokesčių, priklausomai nuo Tavo patirties ir kompetencijos.

  • Darbo sutartyje nurodomas fiksuotas valandinis atlyginimas neatskaičius mokesčių.
