En tant que Stagiaire chargé(e) de recrutement chez TMC Tunisia, vous aurez l'opportunité de vous immerger dans le monde dynamique du recrutement et de contribuer activement à l'identification et à l'acquisition des meilleurs talents pour notre équipe. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec notre équipe des ressources humaines et participerez à toutes les phases du processus de recrutement.

Responsabilités :

  • Participer à la rédaction et à la diffusion d'offres d'emploi attrayantes sur diverses plateformes de recrutement.
  • Identifier les profils potentiels en effectuant des recherches approfondies sur les réseaux professionnels et les bases de données.
  • Pré-sélectionner les candidats en évaluant leurs CV et lettres de motivation.
  • Conduire des entretiens téléphoniques préliminaires pour évaluer la pertinence des candidats.
  • Coordonner et planifier les entretiens en personne avec les responsables des différents départements.
  • Participer à la rédaction des comptes rendus d'entretien et à l'évaluation des candidats.
  • Contribuer à la gestion et au suivi des candidatures dans notre système de suivi des candidats (ATS).
  • Assister à des salons de l'emploi et à des événements de recrutement pour promouvoir notre entreprise.
  • Collaborer avec l'équipe pour améliorer continuellement nos processus de recrutement et proposer des idées novatrices.

Votre Profil :

  • Provenant des Ressources Humaines et/ou du recrutement, une expérience démontrée à travers un ou plusieurs stages d'initiation ou d'observation est privilégiée pour ce poste.
  • Débutant, issu d'une filière RH ou commerciale, vous êtes motivé, dynamique et avez envie de relever de nouveaux défis
  • Excellente communication, bon niveau d'Anglais , vous êtes réactif et bon négociateur et êtes à l'aise avec les outils informatiques & collaboratifs.
