Responsabilités

En tant que chef(fe) de projet industriel, vous serez responsable de la gestion de projets complexes liés à l'activité pièce de rechange de l'entreprise.

Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes internes et externes pour garantir le succès des projets.

Vos missions :

  • Gérer l'ensemble du cycle de vie des projets, de la phase d'initiation à la clôture.
  • Définir les objectifs, les budgets et les jalons des projets.
  • Coordonner les équipes et les ressources nécessaires à la réalisation des projets.
  • Suivre l'avancement des projets et identifier les risques potentiels.
  • Assurer la communication avec les parties prenantes.
  • Garantir la qualité des livrables et le respect des délais.

Le profil recherché

  • De formation supérieure, vous maitrisez les principes et des outils de la gestion de projet et avez une expérience significative en milieu industriel, vous disposez de très bonnes capacités d'animation et de décision.
  • Fédérateur(trice), on vous reconnait une capacité naturelle à manager de manière fonctionnelle et à convaincre.
  • Excellent(e) communiquant(e), vos collègues apprécient de travailler avec vous :
  • vous êtes dynamique, ouvert(e) d'esprit et moteur(trice).
  • Votre expérience, votre esprit d'analyse et de synthèse vous aident à prendre des décisions avec un certain recul et du discernement.
