Mig Welder - Trailer Manufacturing

TMC Trailers is bringing 28 years of manufacturing experience to the trailer industry and we are looking for leaders.

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Production Mig Welder to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for welding multiple trailer sizes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fabrication, mig welding, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform trailer assembly according to blueprints and work instructions.
  • Build jigs, components, and other products as needed
  • Troubleshoot and repair as needed.
  • Ensure that trailers meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline assembly processes and improve efficiency.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Top performers will have:

  • Experience in production or fabrication welding.
  • Understanding basic blueprints.
  • Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
