Sobre a Posição

Procuramos um Power BI Developer, para integrar a nossa equipa e desempenhar um papel fundamental na transformação de dados em informação estratégica para suporte à tomada de decisão. Esta função será responsável pelo desenvolvimento, manutenção e otimização de soluções de Business Intelligence, garantindo a disponibilização de dashboards, relatórios e indicadores de desempenho fiáveis, intuitivos e orientados para o negócio.

Esta posição tem enquadramento através de contrato a termo certo com duração inicial de 1 ano.

Principais Responsabilidades:

Desenvolvimento de Soluções Business Intelligence

Desenvolver, implementar e manter soluções de Business Intelligence utilizando Microsoft Power BI; Criar dashboards, relatórios interativos e visualizações de dados que suportem a análise e a tomada de decisão; Desenvolver métricas, medidas e indicadores de desempenho (KPIs) utilizando DAX (Data Analysis Expressions); Garantir a performance, escalabilidade e governança dos modelos de dados e relatórios desenvolvidos.

Gestão e Integração de Dados

Modelar, consolidar e transformar dados provenientes de diferentes fontes, assegurando elevados padrões de qualidade, consistência e desempenho; Efetuar processos de tratamento, limpeza e transformação de dados através de Power Query (M); Integrar dados de múltiplas fontes, incluindo SQL Server, Azure, APIs REST, Excel e outras plataformas empresariais; Monitorizar e assegurar a correta atualização dos datasets e a fiabilidade da informação disponibilizada.

Parceria com o Negócio e Melhoria Contínua

Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com equipas de negócio para compreender requisitos, identificar necessidades analíticas e traduzi-las em soluções técnicas eficazes; Identificar oportunidades de melhoria contínua em processos de reporting, automação e análise de dados; Contribuir para a disponibilização de informação fiável e orientada para a tomada de decisão.

Quem procuramos:

Experiência Profissional

Experiência comprovada no desenvolvimento de soluções de Business Intelligence com Power BI; Experiência na modelação de dados e implementação de modelos analíticos em tecnologias Microsoft; Experiência na integração de dados provenientes de múltiplas fontes.

Conhecimentos Técnicos

Conhecimentos avançados de Power BI Desktop e Power BI Service; Domínio de DAX e Power Query (M) para modelação, transformação e análise de dados; Conhecimentos sólidos de SQL e experiência em bases de dados relacionais, preferencialmente SQL Server; Experiência na integração de dados através de múltiplas fontes e APIs REST; Conhecimentos de modelação dimensional e otimização de performance de relatórios.

Competências Comportamentais

Forte capacidade analítica e orientação para a resolução de problemas; Atenção ao detalhe e compromisso com a qualidade dos dados; Boa capacidade de comunicação e relacionamento com diferentes stakeholders; Capacidade de trabalhar de forma autónoma e colaborativa em equipa; Orientação para resultados e melhoria contínua.

Formação acadêmica

Licenciatura em Engenharia Informática, Sistemas de Informação, Ciência de Dados, Estatística ou área similar.

Idiomas

Inglês avançado.
