  Licensed Vocational Nurse

Full-time NOC shift; 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM 12-hour shifts (every shift includes 4 hours of overtime pay)

Salary Range: $28.00-$31.00 per hour, based on experience  $2 per hour NOC shift differential Blended salary range (8 hours base pay + 4 hours overtime pay + $2 NOC shift differential): $35.00-$38.50 per hour Full benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k w/company match, life insurance, and more!) for full-time positions

  Full-time schedule 

Week 1: Sunday, Wednesday, and Thursday Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday Repeat

  La Mesa, CA

NeuroRestorative facility located on Aztec Drive CLHF (Congregate Living Health Facility) 15-bed facility Low patient ratios Each shift staffed with 1 RN, 1 LVN and 3 CNAs On demand pay via Dayforce Wallet Paid time off and holiday pay

  Qualifications

Current state LPN/LVN License Current CPR certification Excellent assessment skills with the ability to exercise critical thinking in the clinical environment Effective communication skills – ability to communicate with team members, medical professionals, those we serve, and their families A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach A commitment to quality in everything you do

Conduct assessments, implement health care plans, and respond to changes of condition Communicate with the physician and external medical centers to ensure consistency of essential medical information Monitor and ensure physicians orders are documented and carried out as prescribed
