Transportation Driver – Adult Day Care ⚠️ REQUIRED TO APPLY: Applicants must be fluent in both Russian and English and have held a full, valid Maryland driver’s license for at least two (2) years. 📍 Location: Rainbow of Rockville Adult Day Health Center🏢 Address: 11215 Woodglen Dr, Rockville, MD 20852💰 Wage: $18.00/hour🕐 Schedule: Rotating Full-Time Schedule

Week 1: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–3:00 PM + Sunday | 9:00 AM–2:00 PM Week 2: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM–3:30 PM

No evenings. No on-call shifts! Join our Adult Day Health Program as a Transportation Driver, providing safe, reliable transportation while helping individuals stay active, connected, and engaged in their community.

Qualifications ⚠️ Before you apply, please be sure you meet the following qualifications:

Fluent in Russian and English Must be at least 21 years old High school diploma or equivalent Full, valid Maryland driver’s license held for at least two years Valid vehicle registration and insurance 2 years of experience driving a 14-passenger van/bus or providing passenger transportation Must pass required background check and drug screening prior to hire Compassionate, dependable, and a strong communicator

What You’ll Do

Safely transport older adults and individuals with rehabilitation needs, dementia, or intellectual and developmental disabilities between their homes, the day center, appointments, and community programs Assist passengers with boarding, securing, and exiting the vehicle Complete daily vehicle checks, maintain cleanliness, and report maintenance or service needs Support day program staff with participant care, activities, meals, and general assistance
