Youth Support Specialist — Part-Time Make a Difference in the Life of a Young Person Are you passionate about working with youth and making a meaningful impact in your community? Mentor Behavioral Health is looking for a compassionate, dependable Part-Time Youth Support Specialist to join our team. This is a flexible opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting with youth, supporting their growth, and helping them build confidence and independence in everyday life. As a Youth Support Specialist, you’ll work directly with youth in the community, building positive relationships and providing individualized support.   A Flexible, Meaningful Part-Time Opportunity This position is ideal for someone looking for flexible part-time work while making a real difference in the lives of youth.   Qualifications

High School Diploma with at least 3 years of verifiable experience working with at-risk youth, OR

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services, Social Services, Criminal Justice, Psychology, or a related field with at least 1 year of relevant experience.

Valid driver’s license in good standing.

Ability to build positive relationships and maintain appropriate professional boundaries.
