Als Store Manager / Filialleiter (m/w/d) übernimmst du die Gesamtverantwortung für deinen Store. Du führst dein Management- und Sales-Team, steuerst die Performance und sorgst dafür, dass Produkt, People und Prozesse optimal zusammenspielen.

Dabei verbindest du unternehmerisches Denken, Leadership und ein gutes Gespür für Fashion, Kunde und aktuelle Trends.

Deine Aufgaben – vielseitig und eigenverantwortlich:

  • Store- & Umsatzsteuerung: Du behältst Umsatz, Produktivität und relevante KPIs im Blick, erkennst Potenziale und leitest daraus konkrete Maßnahmen für deinen Store ab.
  • Teamführung & Entwicklung: Du führst, motivierst und entwickelst dein Management- und Sales-Team. Durch regelmäßiges Feedback, Coaching und Training stärkst du individuelle Potenziale und förderst eine erfolgreiche Zusammenarbeit.
  • Commercial Management & Warenpräsentation: Du sorgst dafür, dass Kollektionen und Produkte optimal auf der Fläche präsentiert werden und die visuellen Standards der Brand konsequent umgesetzt werden.
  • Organisation & Store Operations: Du setzt Prioritäten im Tagesgeschäft und stellst gemeinsam mit deinem Team sicher, dass Warenfluss, Bestände und operative Abläufe im Store effizient funktionieren.
  • Customer Experience: Du schaffst gemeinsam mit deinem Team ein Einkaufserlebnis, das Kunden begeistert, und bist dabei selbst präsent und ansprechbar auf der Verkaufsfläche.
  • Analyse & Optimierung: Du liest Zahlen, beobachtest Kundenverhalten und Trends und nutzt deine Erkenntnisse, um Performance, Prozesse und Zusammenarbeit im Store kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln.

Deine Stärken und Skills:

  • Führungserfahrung: Du bringst fundierte Erfahrung in der Führung und Entwicklung von Teams mit. Idealerweise aus dem Einzelhandel, Fashion-, Lifestyle- oder einem vergleichbaren Umfeld.
  • Retail-Verständnis: Du kennst die Dynamik eines Stores, fühlst dich auf der Verkaufsfläche zuhause und hast ein gutes Gespür für Kunde, Produkte und kommerzielle Zusammenhänge.
  • KPI- & Zahlenverständnis: Du kannst Verkaufszahlen und Kennzahlen analysieren, Zusammenhänge erkennen und daraus konkrete Maßnahmen für deinen Store ableiten.
  • Leadership & Kommunikation: Du kannst Menschen begeistern, Orientierung geben und kommunizierst klar, wertschätzend und verbindlich.
  • Unternehmerisches Denken: Du übernimmst Verantwortung, triffst Entscheidungen und hast die Performance und Weiterentwicklung deines Stores jederzeit im Blick.
  • Organisationstalent & Hands-on-Mentalität: Auch wenn im Store viel gleichzeitig passiert, behältst du den Überblick, setzt Prioritäten und packst gemeinsam mit deinem Team mit an.
