Als IQOS Sales Expert arbeitest du in einer 40-Stunden-Vollzeitstelle bei TMS und bist Teil eines bundesweiten Sales-Promotion-Projekts rund um den Premium-Tabakerhitzer IQOS, das wir im Auftrag unseres Kunden umsetzen. Du bringst IQOS zu den Menschen in deiner Stadt, sorgst für ein erstklassiges Produkterlebnis und begeisterst erwachsene Konsumenten durch persönliche Beratung und authentische Gespräche. Du berätst, überzeugst und begleitest entlang der Consumer Journey – zielorientiert, mit hohem Qualitätsanspruch und klarem Vertriebsfokus. Ein echtes Highlight: Firmenwagen inklusive Tankkarte – auch zur privaten Nutzung.

Sei die treibende Kraft! Als Teil unseres Promotion-Teams bist du im direkten Konsumentenkontakt unterwegs und machst IQOS erlebbar. Du bist nicht einfach Promoter – du bist Sales Expert, Markenbotschafter und Vertrauensperson in einem professionellen Vertriebssetup.

Deine Aufgaben – vielseitig und eigenverantwortlich:

  • Aktive Ansprache erwachsener Konsumenten und Begeisterung für IQOS
  • Zielgerichtete, individuelle Beratung und Verkauf der IQOS Devices
  • Begleitung der Konsumenten entlang der gesamten IQOS Consumer Journey inkl. Registrierung
  • Aufbau nachhaltiger Beziehungen und Generierung von Weiterempfehlungen
  • Präsentation der Produkte am POS (z. B. Tankstellen, Kioske, Supermärkte) sowie bei ausgewählten Aktionen
  • Umsetzung der Einsätze in deinem festen Einsatzgebiet nach vorgegebenem Einsatzplan
  • Dokumentation von Verkaufs- und Registrierungszahlen über digitale Tools
  • Einhaltung aller Qualitäts-, Prozess- und Compliance-Vorgaben

Deine Stärken und Skills:

  • Kommunikationsstärke, Verbindlichkeit und ein sicheres Auftreten
  • Hohe Service- und Konsumentenorientierung
  • Zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft, in Vollzeit von Dienstag bis Samstag zu arbeiten
  • PKW-Führerschein
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
