Deine Aufgaben – vielseitig und eigenverantwortlich:

  • Du berätst Zara Kund*innen mit Leidenschaft, Gespür für Trends und einem hohen Serviceanspruch
  • Du sorgst für eine attraktive Warenpräsentation und dafür, dass unsere Kollektionen optimal auf der Verkaufsfläche inszeniert werden.
  • Du unterstützt an der Kasse und begleitest Kund*innen während ihres gesamten Einkaufserlebnisses.
  • Du übernimmst die Warenauffüllung und stellst sicher, dass die Verkaufsfläche jederzeit ansprechend und verkaufsbereit ist.
  • Du behältst den Überblick über den Store und unterstützt aktiv bei allen täglichen Abläufen.
  • Du setzt neue Kampagnen, Aktionen und Visual-Merchandising-Konzepte mit Begeisterung um.

Deine Stärken und Skills:

  • Du hast Freude am Umgang mit Kund*innen und überzeugst durch deine serviceorientierte Persönlichkeit.
  • Du begeisterst dich für Fashion, Trends und die ZARA-Welt.
  • Du arbeitest gerne im Team und bringst eine positive Ausstrahlung mit.
  • Du packst mit an, übernimmst Verantwortung und behältst auch in lebhaften Situationen den Überblick.
  • Du bist kommunikativ, zuverlässig und flexibel.
  • Idealerweise hast du bereits Erfahrung im Verkauf, Einzelhandel oder in der Kundenbetreuung gesammelt. Quereinsteiger*innen sind ebenfalls herzlich willkommen.
  • Du verfügst über gute Deutschkenntnisse; weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind ein Plus.
