KOKS BUS TAVO DARBAS:

  • Organizuoti ir užtikrinti Logistikos skyriaus kasdienių procesų sklandumą bei operatyvų problemų sprendimą.
  • Valdyti komandos darbo krūvius, motyvaciją, tobulėjimą ir tikslų siekimą.
  • Derėtis dėl sutarčių su išoriniais paslaugų teikėjais ir koordinuoti jų darbą.
  • Planuoti ir organizuoti vietinius bei tarptautinius pervežimus: tvarkaraščių sudarymą, krovinių pakrovimą, pristatymą ir stebėjimą.
  • Analizuoti rinkos tendencijas, transporto srautus ir siuntų eigą, siekiant optimizuoti procesus.
  • Kaupti ir sisteminti duomenis apie transporto paslaugas, kainodarą bei galimybes.
  • Prižiūrėti, kad transporto paslaugų apmokėjimai būtų atliekami laiku.
  • Identifikuoti ir spręsti pristatymo problemas bei kurti prevencinius sprendimus.
  • Užmegzti ir palaikyti verslo partnerystes, rinkti informaciją apie bendradarbiavimo galimybes bei dalintis žiniomis.
  • Rengti, peržiūrėti ir registruoti transporto sutartis bei užsakymus.
  • Vykdyti papildomas užduotis pagal tiesioginio vadovo nurodymus.

KO REIKIA, KAD BŪTUM SĖKMINGAS (-A):

  • Puikaus logistikos operacijų, įskaitant vietinius ir tarptautinius pervežimus, išmanymo.
  • Patirties vadovaujant komandoms bei logistikos projektams.
  • Labai gerų lietuvių ir anglų kalbos įgūdžių (raštu ir žodžiu).
  • Žinių apie logistikos ir transporto veiklą reglamentuojančius teisės aktus.
  • Analitinio mąstymo, problemų sprendimo įgūdžių bei dėmesio detalėms.
  • Organizacinių bei komunikacinių įgūdžių, orientacijos į komandą.
