DARBO POBŪDIS

  • Rangovų ir įrangos tiekėjų darbų užbaigimo, bandymų, derinimo ir katilinės paleidimo priežiūra;
  • Techninių neatitikčių, jų šalinimo ir techninių sprendimų koordinavimas;
  • Dalyvavimas įrangos funkciniuose, apsaugų, automatikos, našumo ir kituose bandymuose bei jų rezultatų vertinimas;
  • Techninės dokumentacijos, eksploatavimo procedūrų ir pasirengimo katilinės perdavimui koordinavimas;
  • Saugaus ir nepertraukiamo 17,5 MW biokuro katilinės eksploatavimo organizavimas;
  • Įrenginių techninės būklės, darbo parametrų, kuro sąnaudų, efektyvumo ir emisijų stebėjimas bei gerinimo veiksmų inicijavimas;
  • Techninės priežiūros, patikrų ir remontų planavimas, atsarginių dalių poreikio bei rangovų darbų koordinavimas;
  • Avarinio reagavimo ir gedimų priežasčių analizės organizavimas, bendradarbiaujant su Technikos skyriaus vadovu.

KO REIKIA, KAD BŪTUM SĖKMINGAS (-A)

  • Aukštasis universitetinis arba koleginis inžinerinis išsilavinimas (prioritetas – energijos arba mechanikos inžinerija / termoinžinerija; tinkamos ir kitos VERT schemoje numatytos inžinerijos kryptys).
  • Galiojantis energetikos darbuotojo pažymėjimas, suteikiantis teisę vadovauti katilinių šilumos įrenginių eksploatavimo darbams ir (ar) juos vykdyti.
  • Garo ir vandens šildymo katilų eksploatavimo vadovo mokymo programos pažymėjimas; kiti pažymėjimai – pagal faktinius katilinės įrenginių parametrus ir darbuotojui pavedamas funkcijas.
  • Ne mažesnė kaip 3 metų pramoninių katilinių arba šilumos gamybos įrenginių eksploatavimo, paleidimo ar techninės priežiūros patirtis; pageidautina dirbant su didesnės galios biokuro įrenginiais.
  • Katilų, kuro padavimo, pelenų šalinimo, vandens paruošimo, siurblių, šilumokaičių, vamzdynų, slėginių indų, automatikos ir apsaugų veikimo išmanymas.
  • Gebėjimas skaityti ir vertinti technologines, hidraulines, P&ID ir elektros schemas, technines specifikacijas, bandymų protokolus bei gamintojų dokumentaciją.
  • Patirtis planuojant techninę priežiūrą ir remontus, valdant rangovus, dokumentuojant neatitiktis ir atliekant gedimų priežasčių analizę.
  • Geros lietuvių ir anglų kalbų žinios techninei dokumentacijai bei bendravimui su užsienio įrangos tiekėjais; geri darbo MS Office įgūdžiai.
  • B kategorijos vairuotojo pažymėjimas.
  • Privalumu laikysime 10 MW ir didesnės biokuro katilinės paleidimo ar eksploatavimo patirtį, SCADA / CMMS sistemų išmanymą bei papildomas energetikos kvalifikacijas.
