DARBO POBŪDIS

  • Logistikos procesų, susijusių su pagamintos produkcijos išvežimu, žaliavų ir kitų krovinių transportavimu, organizavimas ir koordinavimas.
  • Vežėjų paieška, atranka ir vežėjų veiklos stebėsena, derybos dėl pervežimo kainų bei sąlygų ir komercinių sutarčių sąlygų derinimas.
  • Pervežimų vykdymo kontrolė, vėlavimų ir kitų sutrikimų sprendimas, alternatyvių sprendimų koordinavimas.
  • ERP ir „GoRamp“ sistemų administravimas: krovinių, tarifų, rezervacijų, dokumentų ir statusų valdymas.
  • Logistikos kaštų, tarifų, papildomų mokesčių ir vežėjų sąskaitų kontrolė.
  • Logistikos KPI pildymas, rezultatų stebėsena, informacijos ir dokumentų perdavimas susijusiems padaliniams.
  • Pardavimų ir pirkimų užklausų koordinavimas, bendradarbiavimas su sandėliu, gamybos, apskaitos, tiekimo komandomis ir partneriais.

KO REIKIA, KAD BŪTUM SĖKMINGAS (-A)

  • Ne mažesnės kaip 2 metų darbo patirties logistikos, transporto, ekspedijavimo ar tiekimo grandinės srityje.
  • Praktinės pervežimų organizavimo ir darbo su vežėjais patirties.
  • Gero transporto rinkos, kainodaros, maršrutų planavimo ir pagrindinių logistikos kaštus lemiančių veiksnių išmanymo.
  • Patirties derantis dėl transporto paslaugų, komercinių sąlygų ir sutarčių.
  • Gebėjimo analizuoti logistikos kaštus bei veiklos rodiklius ir inicijuoti efektyvumo gerinimo sprendimus.
  • Gebėjimo savarankiškai planuoti darbus, valdyti kelias užduotis vienu metu ir operatyviai spręsti iškylančias problemas.
  • Gerų darbo kompiuteriu įgūdžių; patirties dirbant su ERP, transporto valdymo ar kitomis logistikos sistemomis.
  • Lietuvių ir anglų kalbų mokėjimo žodžiu bei raštu.
  • Savarankiškumo, atsakingumo, analitinio mąstymo, komunikabilumo, derybinių gebėjimų ir orientacijos į rezultatą.
