  • Aktyvus apvalios medienos prekybos pardavimų vystymas ir didinimas Lietuvoje bei užsienio rinkose.
  • Naujų klientų paieška, kontaktų užmezgimas ir ilgalaikių verslo santykių vystymas Skandinavijoje, Jungtinėje Karalystėje, Vakarų Europoje, ir Kinijoje ir kitose rinkose.
  • Ilgalaikių B2B santykių kūrimas ir vystymas.
  • Darbas su esama klientų baze – jos priežiūra, plėtra, analizė ir optimizavimas.
  • Kirtimo, medienos ištraukimo ir smulkinimo paslaugų pardavimų vystymas.
  • Komercinių pasiūlymų rengimas, derybų vedimas bei sutarčių administravimas.
  • Rinkos analizė, konkurencinės aplinkos stebėjimas ir naujų verslo galimybių identifikavimas.
