DARBO POBŪDIS

  • Vadovauti Marijampolėje statomos modernios gamyklos Technikos skyriui: nustatyti tikslus, planuoti darbus, biudžetą, pamainas ir kompetencijas.
  • Įrangos paleidimo etape atstovauti užsakovui: koordinuoti tiekėjus ir rangovus, prižiūrėti bandymus, priėmimą, trūkumų šalinimą ir mokymus.
  • Užtikrinti gamybos įrenginių, automatikos, energetinio ūkio ir infrastruktūros patikimą bei saugų darbą.
  • Sukurti prevencinės ir prognozinės priežiūros sistemą; valdyti CMMS, gedimus, prastovas ir techninius KPI.
  • Valdyti atsargines dalis, rangovus, garantijas ir techninės priežiūros CAPEX/OPEX.
  • Užtikrinti dokumentaciją, privalomas patikras, LOTO, DSS, gaisrinės ir aplinkosaugos reikalavimus; atsiskaityti vykdomajam direktoriui.

KO REIKIA, KAD BŪTUMĖTE SĖKMINGAS (-A)

  • Aukštasis inžinerinis išsilavinimas (mechanikos, elektros, automatikos, energetikos ar giminingos krypties).
  • Bent 5 metų patirtis gamybinės įrangos techninės priežiūros ar inžinerinių projektų srityje, iš jų bent 3 metai vadovaujant techninei komandai.
  • Patirtis koordinuojant naujų gamybos linijų ar gamyklos bandymus, paleidimą ir priėmimą.
  • Mechanikos, elektros, automatikos ir infrastruktūros išmanymas; gebėjimas skaityti technines schemas.
  • Patirtis valdant prevencinę priežiūrą, gedimus, KPI, biudžetą, atsargines dalis ir rangovus.
  • DSS, LOTO, gaisrinės saugos ir saugaus įrenginių eksploatavimo principų išmanymas.
  • Geros anglų kalbos žinios (ne žemesnis kaip B2 lygis), geri IT įgūdžiai ir B kategorijos vairuotojo pažymėjimas.

  • Esate dalyvavęs (-usi) „greenfield“ gamyklos, medienos pramonės ar automatizuotų presavimo linijų paleidime.
  • Turite darbo su CMMS / „AllDevice“, TPM, RCA, Lean ar prognozinės priežiūros metodais patirties.
  • Išmanote 17,5 MW biokuro katilinės, elektros ūkio (iki 35 kV) ir potencialiai pavojingų įrenginių eksploatavimo organizavimą.
  • Turite galiojantį energetikos darbuotojo atestatą ar kitų techninei atsakomybei aktualių kvalifikacijų.
