DARBO POBŪDIS

  • Vadovauti transporto skyriui, užtikrinant sklandų procesų veikimą – nuo vairuotojų įdarbinimo iki pervežimų kontrolės.
  • Užtikrinti stabilų transporto skyriaus darbą, optimizuoti vairuotojų valdymą ir mažinti jų kaitą.
  • Koordinuoti transporto priemonių priežiūrą ir servisų darbą.
  • Vykdyti numatytą plėtros strategiją.
  • Kurti ir įdiegti efektyvius transporto valdymo procesus – užtikrinti, kad jie veiktų per TMS sistemą.
  • Analizuoti veiklos rodiklius, optimizuoti procesus ir spręsti operacinius iššūkius.
  • Užtikrinti komandos darbą, aiškią komunikaciją ir atsakomybės pasiskirstymą.

KO REIKIA, KAD BŪTUM SĖKMINGAS (-A)

  • Patirtis valdant transporto procesus „nuo–iki“ vidutinio dydžio įmonėje.
  • Platus požiūris į transporto operacijų valdymą, sugebėjimas apimti tiek strateginius, tiek operacinius aspektus.
  • Patirtis su transporto vadyba ir servisų tinklo organizavimu.
  • Darbo patirtis su transporto valdymo sistema (TMS).
  • Gebėjimas efektyviai valdyti komandą ir operatyviai spręsti iššūkius.
  • Rusų kalbos mokėjimas žodžiu ir raštu.

IŠSISKIRSI, JEI TURĖSI ŠIAS KOMPETENCIJAS

  • Patirtis vystant ir plečiant transporto verslą.
  • Gebėjimas valdyti vairuotojų kaitą ir užtikrinti jų ilgalaikę motyvaciją.
  • Patirtis sprendžiant sudėtingas situacijas (kuro valdymas, baudos, žalos ir kt.).
  • Patirtis dirbant su AndSoft/Fleethand programomis.
