DARBO POBŪDIS

  • Bendradarbiauti su skirtingais Juodeliai įmonės padaliniais (pardavimų, logistikos..) siekiant suprasti jų poreikius ir identifikuoti veiklos tobulinimo galimybes bei prižiūrėti jų veiklą.
  • Analizuoti duomenis, rengti įžvalgas bei aiškiai pristatyti rezultatus vadovams ir suinteresuotoms šalims.
  • Užtikrinti, kad verslo procesai veiktų sklandžiai, identifikuoti nukrypimus bei užtikrinti procesų atitiktį.
  • Administruoti vidinius projektus, siekiant pagerinti procesų efektyvumą ir paspartinti finansinių srautų valdymą.
  • Kurti ir tobulinti ataskaitų bei rodiklių stebėsenos sistemas, užtikrinti duomenų kokybę bei jų praktinį pritaikymą.
  • Prisidėti prie analitikos ir automatizavimo įrankių (Power BI, MS Excel) diegimo bei naudojimo kasdienėje veikloje.

KO REIKIA, KAD BŪTUM SĖKMINGAS (-A)

  • Bent 2 metų patirties verslo analitikos arba panašioje srityje.
  • Aukštojo išsilavinimo (privalumas – finansų, ekonomikos arba matematikos srityse).
  • Proaktyvumo ir gebėjimo gilintis į įmonės procesus bei siūlyti veiklos gerinimo sprendimus.
  • Komunikabilumo ir gebėjimo efektyviai bendradarbiauti su įvairiomis komandomis.
  • Stiprių analitinių įgūdžių ir gebėjimo apdoroti bei interpretuoti didelius duomenų srautus.
  • Puikių darbo su „MS Office“, ypač „MS Excel“ ir „Power BI“, įgūdžių.
