Deine Aufgaben

  • Du unterstützt das CFO Office bei operativen und strategischen Themen und erhältst spannende Einblicke in die Unternehmenssteuerung.
  • Du wirkst bei der Erstellung von Management-Reports, Analysen und Präsentationen für Geschäftsführung und Beirat mit und unterstützt bei der Aufbereitung von Entscheidungsvorlagen.
  • Du bist mit dabei, wenn es um die Analyse von Finanz-, Unternehmens- und Leistungskennzahlen geht, führst Ad-hoc-Auswertungen durch und unterstützt die zentralen Controlling-Berichte des Hauses.
  • Du arbeitest bei Budgetierungs-, Forecasting- und Planungsprozessen mit.
  • Du bringst Dich aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung von Reporting- und Controlling-Tools ein und unterstützt Projekte zur Optimierung, Digitalisierung und Automatisierung von Finanzprozessen.
  • Du recherchierst finanzwirtschaftliche und strategische Fragestellungen und bereitest die Ergebnisse zielgruppengerecht auf.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit den Bereichen Finance & Controlling, Legal & Compliance und weiteren Fachabteilungen zusammen und wirkst an bereichsübergreifenden Projekten mit.

Dein Profil

  • Ausbildung: laufendes Studium (mind. zwei weitere Semester) im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Finance, Controlling oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
  • Erfahrung & Know-how: erste praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich Controlling, Finance, M&A und Rechnungswesen sind von Vorteil, ebenso wie Praktika in einer Investmentbank, einer Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft, im Private Equity oder in der Unternehmensberatung; hervorragende Excel- und PowerPoint-Kenntnisse vorausgesetzt (z. B. Financial Modeling, Erstellung von Präsentationen)
  • Persönlichkeit und Arbeitsweise: strukturierte, analytische und selbstständige Arbeitsweise; sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint; Zahlenaffinität sowie Interesse an betriebswirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen; ausgeprägte Eigeninitiative, Zuverlässigkeit und Lernbereitschaft
  • Sprachen: Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
