Overview

At Togetherwork, we set a high bar for clarity, collaboration, and execution. While our Product & Strategy leaders own portfolio outcomes, our individual contributors are equally essential—bringing curiosity, precision, and a commitment to excellence to every initiative. We work in deep partnership with Engineering, Revenue, CX, Operations, and Support, sharing accountability for delivering stable, modern, insight-driven products that help our customers thrive.

We expect ICs to bring strong analytical thinking, operational rigor, and a willingness to roll up their sleeves to solve complex problems. Hard work is the norm—not for recognition, but for the greater good of our customers and the long-term health of our company. We embrace innovation, including responsible AI usage, to deepen insight, improve execution, and accelerate impact.

This role reflects those expectations: collaborative, data-informed, customer-centered, and grounded in professionalism and positive intent.

Role Summary

The Delivery Manager is responsible for ensuring successful execution of initiatives across all phases of the product lifecycle—including ideate, incubate, concept, design, develop, launch, track, and sunset. This role serves as the operational quarterback for delivery, partnering closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, Engineering, Design, CX, and other cross-functional teams to maintain alignment, manage risks, and ensure projects are delivered on time and with high quality.

The Delivery Manager provides structure, predictability, and disciplined follow-through from idea through commercialization, enabling teams to focus on delivering value while maintaining transparency to leadership and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Lifecycle Delivery Management

  • Own the delivery process across all phases: ideate, incubate, concept, design, develop, launch, track, and sunset.
  • Build and maintain high-clarity delivery plans, timelines, and cross-functional alignment points.
  • Ensure initiatives move systematically through lifecycle checkpoints with proper documentation and approvals.
  • Monitor progress and proactively identify risks, dependencies, and blockers.

Cross-Functional Coordination & Communication

  • Serve as the primary orchestrator across Product, Engineering, Design, CX, Revenue, and Operations.
  • Facilitate communication flows and ensure stakeholders remain aligned and informed.
  • Coordinate work across teams to maintain predictable delivery and manage cross-team impacts.
  • Prepare and present delivery updates, risk summaries, and launch readiness reports.
  • Coordinate cross-functional input and develop presentation content for launch go/no-go reviews and quarterly business reviews.

Execution Rigor & Operational Governance

  • Ensure each lifecycle phase meets required standards for readiness and completeness.
  • Maintain structured documentation including charters, delivery artifacts, and execution trackers.
  • Implement and uphold best practices for delivery governance, tooling, and process consistency.
  • Track KPIs related to delivery success, product health, and post-launch performance.
  • Maintain the Monday.com board, or coordinate with team members to keep it current and accurate.

Partnership with Product & Engineering

  • Collaborate with Product Managers on roadmap feasibility, planning, and sequencing.
  • Partner with Product Owners to ensure backlog refinement aligns with delivery expectations.
  • Ensure clarity around requirements, ownership, and delivery expectations across all phases.

Launch Planning & Post-Launch Tracking

  • Lead launch readiness processes, including checklists, cross-functional alignment, and risk review.
  • Track adoption, performance, and customer feedback post-launch.
  • Ensure learnings are documented and integrated into future delivery approaches.
  • Coordinate sunset planning and execution for end-of-life products or features.

AI Fluency & Improvement Mindset

  • Use AI tools to streamline delivery workflows, summarize risks, or generate project artifacts.
  • Identify automation or process improvements that accelerate execution.
  • Champion operational excellence and continuous improvement practices across teams.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of experience in delivery management, program management, or project management for software products.
  • Demonstrated experience taking a substantial software product launch to market from start to finish, through customer delivery and the post-launch feedback loop.
  • Strong understanding of Agile delivery, product lifecycle frameworks, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Proven ability to manage complex timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder groups.
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and organizational skills, including strong written, verbal, and presentation skills and executive presence.
  • Experience supporting both onshore and offshore teams is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with attention to detail.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools to accelerate delivery or improve operational efficiency.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Monday.com.
  • Experience with Jira.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Zendesk.
  • Enterprise software launch experience.
  • Experience with product or feature sunset planning and communications.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
