Tule Kohtla-Nõmme noorte kogukonna arendajaks!

Tööülesanded: Toila Kultuuri- ja Noorsootöö Keskuse noortevaldkonna tiim otsib oma meeskonda inimest, kes soovib olla noortele usaldusväärne arengupartner, usub nende potentsiaali ning soovib koos noortega kujundada Kohtla-Nõmmel aktiivset, ettevõtlikku ja kokkuhoidvat noorte kogukonda. Kogukonna noorsootöötajana:

- oled noortele usaldusväärne ja innustav arengupartner, kes loob noortega kontakti, kuulab nende mõtteid ning aitab neil leida võimalusi oma huvidega tegelemiseks; - selgitad välja noorte soovid, huvid ja vajadused. Aitad neil oma huvisid ja tulevikusoove avastada ka siis, kui neid on veel keeruline sõnastada; - kavandad ja viid ellu noortele suunatud mitteformaalset õpet toetavaid tegevusi, näiteks töötubasid, koolitusi ja sündmusi; - juhendad noori nende ideede elluviimisel ning toetad omaalgatusprojektide kavandamist ja elluviimist; - kaasad noori tegevuste kavandamisse ja korraldamisse ning aitad kujundada Kohtla-Nõmmel aktiivset ja kokkuhoidvat noorte kogukonda; - jagad noortele arusaadavat ja usaldusväärset infot neid puudutavate võimaluste ja teemade kohta; - teed koostööd kooli, kogukonna ja teiste noortevaldkonna partneritega ning meeskonnas projektipõhiselt tegutsevate välisvabatahtlikega; - oled kursis noortevaldkonna seadusandlusega ning lähtud noorsootöötaja kutse-eetikast;

Omalt poolt pakume: - töötasu sõltuvalt kvalifikatsioonist, erialasest ettevalmistusest ja varasemast töökogemusest;- 42 kalendripäeva põhipuhkust; - mentorlust ja tuge sisseelamisel; - võimalust teha osa tööst aja- ja kohapaindlikult, lähtudes töö sisust ning kokkulepetest; - pühendunud ja toetavat meeskonda, kuhu kuuluvad teatud perioodidel ka rahvusvahelised vabatahtlikud; - isikliku sõiduauto tööalase kasutamise hüvitamist ning võimalust kasutada tööalasteks sõitudeks ametiautosid; - tuge sobiva elukoha leidmisel; - võimalust arendada teadlikult oma professionaalset identiteeti – julgustame ja toetame sinu osalemist nii Eestis kui ka välismaal toimuvatel koolitustel, seminaridel ja õpirännetel; - tuge erialakogukondadesse kuulumisel, sealhulgas Eesti Avatud Noortekeskuste Ühenduses ja Eesti Noorsootöötajate Kogus, et saaksid panustada noortevaldkonna arengusse ning kasvada koos teiste noorsootöö professionaalidega.

Muud nõuded: Peame kõige olulisemaks huvi ja valmisolekut noortevaldkonnas õppida ja areneda, seetõttu toetame töökohapõhist õppimist ja vajaliku kutsekvalifikatsiooni omandamist. Kui kandidaadil puudub noorsootöötaja kutsekvalifikatsioon, lepime kokku tööle asumise tingimused ning toetame kvalifikatsiooni omandamist.
