Willy Toiture Goncerut SA recherche un contremaître en couverture et ferblanterie, expérimenté, dynamique et passionné par son métier. Nous souhaitons accueillir une personne qui prend des initiatives, aime les responsabilités et a à cœur de faire avancer les projets et son équipe.

VOS RESPONSABILITÉS

  • Organiser, planifier et superviser les travaux de couverture et de ferblanterie.
  • Encadrer, motiver et accompagner les équipes sur les chantiers.
  • Assurer le suivi des travaux, la qualité des réalisations et le respect des délais.
  • Effectuer les prises de mesures sur les chantiers et définir les besoins en matériaux.
  • Gérer les commandes de matériaux et veiller à leur disponibilité dans les délais prévus.
  • Veiller au respect des règles de sécurité et coordonner les interventions avec les différents partenaires.
  • Assurer le suivi des contrats d’entretien, planifier les petites interventions et veiller à la satisfaction des clients.

VOTRE PROFIL

  • Formation professionnelle et expérience confirmée en couverture et/ou en ferblanterie.
  • Une expérience de 10 à 20 ans dans le métier, dont au moins 5 ans en Suisse, est souhaitée.
  • Expérience dans la conduite d’équipe et la gestion de chantiers.
  • Brevet fédéral et/ou maîtrise fédérale : un atout apprécié.
  • Passion pour le métier, motivation et réelle envie de s’investir.
  • Sens développé du leadership, de la discipline, de l’organisation et des responsabilités.
  • Autonomie, fiabilité, rigueur et esprit d’équipe ; capacité à prendre des initiatives et à trouver des solutions.
  • Permis de conduire, catégorie B.

IHRE AUFGABEN

  • Arbeiten im Bereich Dachdeckerei und Spenglerei organisieren, planen und überwachen.
  • Teams auf den Baustellen führen, motivieren und begleiten.
  • Arbeitsfortschritt, Ausführungsqualität und Einhaltung der Termine sicherstellen.
  • Aufmass auf den Baustellen vornehmen und den Materialbedarf ermitteln.
  • Materialbestellungen verwalten, nachverfolgen und die termingerechte Verfügbarkeit sicherstellen.
  • Die Einhaltung der Sicherheitsvorschriften gewährleisten und Einsätze mit der Bauleitung, Architekten und weiteren Beteiligten koordinieren.
  • Unterhaltsverträge betreuen, kleinere Arbeiten planen und koordinieren sowie die Kundenzufriedenheit sicherstellen.

IHR PROFIL

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung und fundierte Erfahrung in der Dachdeckerei und/oder Spenglerei.
  • 10 bis 20 Jahre Berufserfahrung, davon mindestens 5 Jahre in der Schweiz, sind erwünscht.
  • Erfahrung in der Teamführung und Baustellenleitung.
  • Eidgenössischer Fachausweis und/oder eidgenössisches Diplom: von Vorteil.
  • Leidenschaft für das Handwerk, Motivation und echte Bereitschaft, sich einzubringen.
  • Ausgeprägte Führungsqualitäten sowie Organisations\- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein.
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise sowie Teamgeist.
  • Fähigkeit, vorausschauend zu planen, Initiative zu zeigen und Lösungen zu finden.
  • Führerausweis Kategorie B.
