Our client is a global crypto exchange

Key responsibilities

  • Responsible for the operation of financial products on the exchange, particularly those related to lending.
  • Develop and implement optimization plans for lending products to increase the asset volume of these products.
  • Accurately identify the lending needs of platform users and communicate with clients through various channels, either directly or via our business development representatives, to facilitate the borrowing process.
  • Collaborate with financial engineers to improve the interest rate setting mechanism by conducting market research and analyzing the platform's funding costs.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitors, conduct in-depth industry research and competitor analysis, and propose product optimization solutions to our product managers while driving execution.
  • Promote product innovation by thoroughly understanding user needs, continuously improving the product experience, and participating in operational tasks.
  • Maintain effective communication and collaboration with product, development, growth, and marketing teams.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with exchange financial/lending products and related business, with at least 3 years of experience in the blockchain and financial industries.
  • Basic knowledge of finance is required; experience in lending or financial engineering is preferred.
  • Experience working in the blockchain industry and with trading institutions, familiar with the needs of institutional clients in trading, wealth management, and lending.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and supervising the operation of financial products.
  • Ability to independently manage product/user operations and effectively execute various operational plans.
  • Clear logical thinking, strong data analysis skills, and good cross-team communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Good command of the English language, which can be used as a working language.
