Deine Aufgaben

Als Junior Accountant (m/w/d) bist Du die zentrale Ansprechperson für alle buchhalterischen und abrechnungsrelevanten Themen. Die operative Buchführung ist an einen externen Dienstleister ausgelagert – Deine Rolle liegt in der fachlichen Steuerung, Kontrolle und Sicherstellung reibungsloser Abläufe.

  • Steuerung und Koordination des externen Buchhaltungsdienstleisters
  • Rund um die Themen Debitoren und Kreditoren übernimmst Du die operativen Aufgaben – von der Rechnungsprüfung bis zur Rechnungsstellung
  • Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung der Monatsabschlüsse
  • Verantwortung für Zahlungsverkehr und Überwachung des automatisierten Zahllaufs
  • Klärung von buchhalterischen Fragestellungen mit internen Stakeholdern und dem Dienstleister
  • Weiterentwicklung und Dokumentation von Prozessen und Kontrollen im Rechnungswesen
  • Dabei hast Du unsere Accounting-Richtlinien und Prozesse sowie aktuelle Regularien, Gesetze und Standards stets im Auge.

Dein Profil

  • Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen (z. B. Steuerfachangestellte:r, Bilanzbuchhalter:in, Studium mit Accounting-Fokus oder vergleichbar)
  • 2–5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Accounting / Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Sehr gutes Verständnis buchhalterischer Prozesse und Zusammenhänge, auch ohne selbst zu buchen
  • Erfahrung in der Steuerung eines SSC ist von Vorteil
  • Hohe Zahlenaffinität, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Du verfügst idealerweise über grundlegende Kenntnisse von SAP Finance, MS Excel gehört zu Deinen täglichen Werkzeugen
  • Grundlegende Kenntnisse des HGBs sind erforderlich
  • Deutsch ist Deine Muttersprache, Du bist auch in Englisch sattelfest und fühlst Dich in einem internationalen Umfeld wohl
  • Wir sind europäisch unterwegs, d.h. auch internationale Umsatzsteuerthemen schrecken Dich nicht.
  • Gelegentlich unterstützt Du bei anderen Aufgaben im Team und bereitest die Daten für unsere Umsatzsteueranmeldungen in zahlreichen europäischen Ländern vor. Dabei stehst Du in enger Abstimmung mit unseren externen Steuerberatern im In- und Ausland.
  • Für die Aufgabenerledigung ist eine regelmäßige Präsenz im Office in München unabdingbar. Arbeiten aus dem Home Office ist grundsätzlich möglich
