  • Lead global audit, risk management, and compliance initiatives, driving corrective actions across regions and countries.
  • Own and optimize global carrier commitment and Volume Incentive Discount (VID) programs, partnering with Ocean Procurement and Trade Management to manage agreements, MQCs, allocations, and preferred carrier strategies.
  • Monitor carrier performance, commitment attainment, incentive realization, and financial outcomes, while leading cargo steering and optimization reviews to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Validate carrier incentive calculations and collaborate with Finance on accruals, invoicing, and collections.
  • Define and maintain global operating standards across booking, documentation, manifesting, regulatory filings, cargo release, invoicing, and shipment closure processes.
  • Act as the escalation point for complex operational, commercial, and regulatory issues across the global ocean network.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance compliance, operational efficiency, service quality, and commercial performance.
  • Partner with Digital and IT teams to automate compliance controls, reporting, documentation validation, VID tracking, and exception management.
  • Establish and monitor global KPIs covering compliance, operational performance, carrier commitments, and incentive attainment.
  • Develop management dashboards and reporting that provide visibility into operational performance, compliance risks, and commercial outcomes.
  • Lead root cause analysis and corrective action programs arising from audits, operational incidents, and regulatory findings.
  • Develop global SOPs, training programs, and certification standards while building a network of regional NVOCC experts to drive consistent execution and best-practice sharing worldwide.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
