Tom Wood Group is seeking a professional, customer-focused Luxury Automotive Business Development Center (BDC) Agent to provide an exceptional experience for our guests.

In the luxury automotive environment, every interaction matters. The ideal candidate is polished, personable, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating with customers by phone, text, and email. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining the elevated level of service luxury automotive customers expect.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle 115+ inbound and outbound calls daily with professionalism and efficiency
  • Deliver a luxury-level customer experience during every interaction
  • Schedule service appointments and ensure appointment details are accurate and complete
  • Communicate professionally with customers by phone, text, and electronic communication
  • Build customer relationships through timely and personalized follow-up
  • Educate customers on dealership services, amenities, and programs
  • Maintain detailed and accurate customer records within CRM systems
  • Work closely with dealership departments to provide a seamless customer experience
  • Develop strong knowledge of luxury vehicles, dealership services, and the overall customer experience
  • Meet individual and departmental performance goals while maintaining a high standard of customer care

Qualifications

  • Previous automotive BDC or dealership experience preferred
  • Luxury automotive, hospitality, concierge, or high-end customer service experience is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional phone presence with the ability to quickly build rapport
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and multiple communication platforms
  • Ability to manage a high volume of customer interactions without sacrificing service quality
  • Calm, polished, and professional under pressure
  • Goal-oriented and motivated by performance-based results
  • A sincere desire to help customers and create a positive experience
