As a member of our talent pool, you will be positioned for future leadership roles within the company, helping to shape the growth and strategy of our Powersports division. We

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior management to identify and develop leadership opportunities within Tom Wood Powersports.
  • Participate in leadership development programs and training sessions to enhance management skills.
  • Support operational excellence by assisting in the execution of business strategies and initiatives.
  • Mentor and guide team members to foster a culture of growth, accountability, and high performance.
  • Assist in managing day-to-day operations to ensure excellent customer experiences and efficient processes.
  • Contribute to talent acquisition and retention efforts to build a strong and capable team.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in management or leadership roles, preferably in the automotive or powersports industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic business setting.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • Commitment to upholding the values and standards of Tom Wood Inc.
