Your Role at Tommy Gun's

As part of our Rochdale team, you'll:

  • Provide professional men's haircuts, fades, beard trims, and grooming services
  • Consult with guests to understand their styling preferences
  • Create a friendly, welcoming experience for every guest
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation
  • Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and grooming products
  • Work closely with teammates to keep the shop running efficiently
  • Build lasting guest relationships through excellent service

What We're Looking For

We're interested in Barbers and Hairstylists who have:

  • Journeyperson certification or relevant professional hairstyling credentials
  • Previous barbering or hairstyling experience
  • Strong men's cutting and grooming skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Confidence working in a busy, fast-paced environment
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
