Tommy Gun's Original Barbershop in Cochrane is looking for talented Barbers and Hairstylists to join our team!

Whether you're an experienced professional, a certified journeyperson, or currently completing your apprenticeship, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

As part of our Cochrane team, you'll:

  • Deliver quality men's haircuts, fades, beard trims, and grooming services
  • Consult with guests to understand their preferred styles
  • Create a friendly, welcoming experience during every visit
  • Stay current with barbering techniques, trends, and products
  • Maintain a clean, organized workstation
  • Work alongside your teammates to keep the shop running smoothly
  • Build lasting relationships with guests through great service

Who We're Looking For

We're interested in connecting with Barbers and Hairstylists who have:

  • Alberta Journeyperson certification or registered apprenticeship in Barber or Hairstylist
  • Experience with men's cutting and grooming techniques
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • The ability to work confidently in a fast-paced environment
  • A positive attitude and willingness to support their team
  • An interest in ongoing learning and professional development
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
