Tommy Gun’s Original Barbershop is looking for a friendly, outgoing Guest Services Associate to join our team at Beacon Hill in Calgary!

At Tommy Gun’s, we’re all about great haircuts, great people, and an experience that keeps our guests coming back. From the moment someone walks through our doors, our Guest Services team plays a huge part in making that happen.

If you love meeting new people, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and know how to make someone feel welcome, we’d love to meet you!

What You'll Be Doing

  • Welcoming guests and creating a friendly, positive first impression
  • Managing the service queue and helping keep the shop running smoothly
  • Answering phone calls, responding to emails, and assisting with guest inquiries
  • Helping guests find the right hair care and grooming products
  • Supporting retail sales, product displays, and inventory
  • Working closely with our barbers and stylists to deliver an awesome guest experience
  • Keeping the reception and retail areas clean, organized, and inviting

What We're Looking For

  • A friendly, outgoing personality and a genuine passion for customer service
  • Strong communication skills, both in person and over the phone
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and prioritize in a busy environment
  • A positive attitude and willingness to support your teammates
  • Confidence recommending products and helping guests with their purchases
  • Availability to work full-time hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Previous reception, retail, or customer service experience is an asset
  • Experience in a barbershop, salon, or spa is a bonus, but not required!
