The posting

Tommy’s is looking for a Seasonal Guest Services Assistant who will be responsible for processing and fulfilling online gift card orders during our busiest time of year. This role will work closely with the Guest Services team to keep up with daily order volume and make sure every order is complete and accurate. This is a part-time, temporary position running from approximately late November, through mid-January.

Position Responsibilities:

Process and fulfill online gift card orders accurately and efficiently. Review orders to ensure all information is complete and correct. Prepare gift card orders for fulfillment and delivery according to established procedures. Help monitor incoming orders and keep up with daily order volume. Maintain organized records and follow established procedures for handling orders. Communicate with the Guest Services team regarding order questions or issues. Provide general administrative support to the Guest Services department as needed. Other duties as assigned; duties and responsibilities may change at any time with or without notice.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently Organized and comfortable managing repetitive tasks Technical savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office; experience within database systems a plus Excellent written and oral communication skills Process-oriented and strong collaborator with ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization and across various departments Highly adaptable with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills; ability to exercise good judgment and make sound data-backed decisions Views customer care as high priority; exhibits a positive can-do attitude

Work Environment and Physical Demands: This job operates in a professional office environment. Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm and our Guest Services hours are Monday through Sunday 8:00am - 5:00pm. The Guest Service Assistant will need availability Monday through Friday with flexible hours. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and operates primarily indoors with limited to no travel expectation. To successfully perform the essential functions of this job, team member must be able to:

Work and commute in all weather conditions Able to effectively communicate, listen, detect, converse with, discern, convey, express oneself and exchange information Able to walk, bend, twist, turn, stoop, climb steps, reach with hands, use hands to fingers Work in a fast-paced environment where they will often be multitasking Move about inside the office to access standard office equipment Constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery such as keyboard, copy machine and printer Remain in a stationary position 50%+ of the time, alternating between sitting and standing Ability to move and lift up to 30 pounds
