Security and Systems Administrator Tommy's is looking for a Security and Systems Administrator who loves staying one step ahead. You'll own our Microsoft security stack (Defender, Entra ID, Intune and M365), lead PCI compliance and keep team members secure and supported across a fast-growing nationwide brand. Position Responsibilities:
Monitor and investigate security alerts from Microsoft Defender, Entra ID, Intune, and other security tools Establish and maintain cybersecurity infrastructure and systems company wide Review sign-in activity, audit logs, endpoint activity and threat intelligence Manitain M365 security controls for conditional access, MFA and identity protection Maintain Microsoft Intune for device and application security Perform scans and audits for PCI compliance, deliver documentation, manage project to work with auditing partners Build, maintain, and deliver training materials as needed for ensure team members Provide general technical support and troubleshooting to team members Administer user accounts, groups, permissions, roles, access control Deploy and manage workstations Help identify and lead department’s key technology and security projects Other duties as assigned; duties and responsibilities may change at any time with or without notice.
Position Qualifications & Candidate Attributes:
Advanced degree or equivalent formal training/certifications and experience required, specifically in cybersecurity (CompTIA Cybersecurity, Comp TIA SecurityX, Microsoft Security Fundamentals, Microsoft Security Expert, Microsoft Cybersecurity Architect) Excellent written and oral communication skills Process-oriented and strong collaborator with ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization and across various departments Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to multitask and prioritize workload Highly adaptable with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills; ability to exercise good judgment and make sound data-backed decisions High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation Views customer care as high priority; exhibits a positive can-do attitude Displays a strong initiative and drive to identify gaps and fill them
Work Environment and Physical Demands: This job operates in a professional office environment. Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, handhelds, printers and operates primarily indoors with limited to no travel expectation. To successfully perform the essential functions of this job, team member must be able to:
