【 About the role 】

加入 Tomofun 軟體測試（Software Engineer in Test / QA）團隊，你將深度參與產品決策，在敏捷式開發流程中與 PM & RD 緊密合作，掌控多元的測試領域，並幫助系統之間彼此順暢整合！

【 What you'll do 】 ・主導產品測試策略與品質標準的制定，設計以產品品質導向的測試計畫 ・參與 Scrum 開發團隊，與 PM / Mobile App / IoT / AI / Backend / Frontend 等成員協作 ・開發並維護跨平台自動化測試框架（iOS / Android / Backend / Web / IoT） ・將 AI 導入 QA 工作流程：例如: 開發 AI 測試 Agent、建構 LLM-as-Judge 類自動化檢測框架，並定義品質評估基準 ・主導疑難問題的根本原因分析（root cause analysis）與除錯（troubleshooting），提出可規模化的系統性解法

【 Who you are 】 ・具備 3年 以上軟體測試 / 開發 / 自動化測試相關工作經驗 ・熟悉至少一項程式語言，能獨立設計並維護自動化測試框架：(Tomofun 目前使用 Python / JavaScript / TypeScript) ・具備實際運用 AI 工具進行軟體開發或測試的經驗（AI 輔助撰寫程式碼、測試案例生成、測試工具或 Agent 開發） ・(加分項目) 熟悉常見 AI 工具操作(Claude Code, Codex, Kiro 等)並具備 prompt/skill 等設計概念者 ・(加分項目) 熟悉 Cloud 相關服務應用 (AWS, GCP, Azure 等)
