Who We Are

Tonal is the industry leader in intelligent strength training, and our commitment to delivering an unparalleled fitness experience extends to our vast library of workout content that streams directly to our members' homes.

OVERVIEW

Tonal is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Studio and Workplace Coordinator to support the smooth day-to-day operation of our office and studio. This role helps maintain an organized, well-stocked, welcoming and guest-ready environment for our production crew and studio team, while coordinating workplace needs and shared spaces.

The ideal candidate understands both studio/production environments and corporate workplace rhythms, takes pride in creating functional and inviting spaces, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. This role reports to the Director of Production and Studio Operations and supports the Content Operations Manager, Senior Executive Business Partner, and Workplace Manager.

What You Will Do

Production & Administrative Support

- Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked production areas, kitchens, bathrooms, storage, and shared production spaces.

- Support catering and hospitality for shoots, productions, meetings, and team gatherings.

- Assist with photoshoots and production-related meetings and events, including room setup and reset.

- Support monthly expense tracking, receipt collection, and Google Sheets updates.

- Coordinate wardrobe laundry pickups, drop-offs, and related documentation.

- Order production, audio, hair & makeup, and other production-specific supplies; manage returns as requested by the Content Operations Manager.

- Support talent operations and day-to-day production needs as assigned.

- Maintain production-related travel itineraries, travel calendars, and visitor schedules.

Workplace & Office Operations

- Serve as the primary front desk point of contact, welcoming employees, visitors, talent, and guests and coordinating arrivals and deliveries.

- Coordinate office, kitchen, snack, beverage, coffee, and workplace supply deliveries, inventory, and restocking.

- Support workplace engagement initiatives, including in-office appreciation activities and off-site events.

- Coordinate office access, workstations, and key cards for visiting employees and contractors.

- Partner with the Workplace Manager on day-to-day office operations and special projects, anticipating and addressing workplace and hospitality needs.

- Maintain a welcoming, polished, and well-organized environment for employees, contractors, talent, coaches, and guests.

Who You Are

- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable keeping track of multiple tasks at once.

- Proactive and dependable, with the ability to prioritize and adapt as needs change throughout the day.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced office, production, or studio environment.

- A clear and thoughtful communicator who keeps the Content Operations and Workplace teams informed of needs or issues.

- Service-oriented and team-focused, with a positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever support is needed.

- Comfortable with hands-on tasks, including moving supplies, receiving deliveries, and keeping shared spaces organized and stocked.

- Curious and eager to learn, with an interest in production, workplace operations, hospitality, or studio environments.

- Previous experience in office administration, hospitality, facilities, production, or a similar support role is a plus, but not required.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
