【Responsibilities】

  • 主導 Monorepo 與微服務架構設計，建立可擴展的開發基礎
  • 使用 Golang 開發核心後端服務，提供高品質的 REST/gRPC API
  • 設計核心業務邏輯與資料流程，確保系統穩定性與效能
  • 負責資料庫設計與查詢優化（PostgreSQL、MySQL、Redis）
  • 整合訊息佇列系統（Kafka）處理分散式通訊
  • 建立測試策略與 CI/CD 流程，確保程式碼品質
  • 監控系統效能並解決複雜的後端問題

【What we'd love to see】

  • 5 年以上後端開發經驗，具備大型系統架構設計與實作經驗
  • 精通 Golang，熟悉其併發特性與生態系
  • 具備微服務拆分、服務間通訊、分散式系統設計經驗
  • 熟悉 gRPC、REST API 設計與實踐
  • 具備訊息佇列（Kafka、RabbitMQ）應用經驗
  • 豐富的資料庫設計與效能調優經驗
  • 熟悉 CI/CD 流程與自動化部署
  • 熟悉 Docker 容器化開發與部署
  • 有雲端平台經驗（AWS/GCP/Azure）
  • 重視乾淨、可維護的程式品質，能透過 Code Review 建立並引導團隊開發規範

【Nice to Have】

  • Monorepo 工具實務經驗（Nx、Turborepo、Bazel）
  • Kubernetes 進階應用經驗
  • 具備 Infrastructure as Code 經驗（Terraform）
  • 監控工具使用經驗（Prometheus、Grafana）
  • 開源專案貢獻或技術文章撰寫經驗
