We’re looking for proven automotive sales professionals who know how to build relationships, close deals, and generate repeat and referral business.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous automotive sales experience strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed vehicle sales goals
  • Strong closing, negotiation, and customer relationship skills
  • Experience generating repeat and referral business
  • Knowledge of dealership sales processes, financing, and trade-ins
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and driven to maximize earnings
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work evenings and Saturdays
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

What You’ll Do

  • Sell new and pre-owned vehicles while consistently meeting sales goals
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of repeat and referral customers
  • Guide customers through the vehicle selection and purchasing process
  • Present vehicle features, financing options, and trade-in opportunities
  • Follow up with leads and manage customer relationships
  • Work closely with sales management and F&I to maximize opportunities
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience that drives long-term loyalty
