What You’ll Do
- Help customers find the right vehicle for their needs and budget.
- Deliver an exceptional, low-pressure buying experience.
- Build lasting relationships that generate repeat and referral business.
- Demonstrate and explain vehicle features, technology, and benefits.
- Follow up with customers throughout the sales process.
- Maintain product knowledge on new and pre-owned inventory.
- Work closely with management and the finance team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Meet personal sales goals while delivering outstanding customer satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
- Automotive sales experience preferred, but not required for the right sales professional.
- At least 2 years of sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work evenings and Saturdays.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
