We are seeking a visionary AI Engineer with expertise in Generative AI, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Large Language Models (LLMs) to drive high-impact innovations. Join a team where your work won’t just be part of the conversation, it will redefine how industries interact with AI.

Your Mission

In this role, you won’t just be developing models you’ll be leading innovations that transform the construction industry. Your work will directly impact operations, optimising workplace safety and operational efficiency on a global scale. You’ll have ownership over high-stakes projects, driving real-world change and redefining AI’s role in complex environments.

Key outcomes include:

  • Transform conversational AI systems by developing and deploying state of the art NLP algorithms to solve high-impact industry challenges.
  • Elevate machine learning models through LLM fine tuning and performance optimisation, ensuring real world readiness.
  • Spearhead MLOps to streamline deployment, ensuring AI models scale efficiently across cloud platforms like AWS or Google Cloud.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate AI seamlessly, shaping the future of data driven operations in construction.

What You Bring

We’re seeking candidates with a track record of delivering high impact AI projects, especially within the realm of conversational AI and Generative AI:

  • 2+ years of experience in developing and deploying NLP driven models.
  • Proven expertise in working with LLMs and Generative AI frameworks.
  • Strong proficiency in Java, Python, and ML tools such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
  • Experience in managing MLOps and deploying AI solutions on cloud platforms.
  • A collaborative mindset, excellent problem solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
