Als ontbijtmedewerker ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de volledige ontbijtservice, van A tot Z. Jij zorgt ervoor dat onze gasten hun dag beginnen met een verzorgd, uitnodigend buffet en een warm onthaal. Van de eerste voorbereidingen in alle vroegte tot het opruimen na de laatste gast: jij houdt overzicht en zorgt dat alles vlekkeloos verloopt.

  • Klaarzetten en aanvullen van het ontbijtbuffet volgens de standaarden van het hotel
  • Verse producten voorbereiden (fruit, broodjes, eieren, ...) en het buffet esthetisch opmaken
  • Gasten warm ontvangen en begeleiden tijdens het ontbijt
  • Bestellingen opnemen (bv. eieren op verschillende manieren) en versbereidingen verzorgen
  • Buffet en ontbijtruimte proper en op orde houden gedurende de service
  • Afruimen en de ontbijtruimte terug in orde brengen na de service
  • Voorraadbeheer en tijdig signaleren wat aangevuld moet worden
  • Bestellingen plaatsen van ontbijtgerelateerde producten
  • Naleven van HACCP-voorschriften en hygiënestandaarden
  • Ervaring in horeca of ontbijtservice is een pluspunt, maar niet vereist
  • Je kan de volledige service alleen dragen
  • Je bent het gastvrij en representatief uithangbord van ons ontbijt je ontvangt gasten met een glimlach, je zorgt voor een prettige sfeer en je werkt netjes volgens onze kleding- en hygiënevoorschriften.
  • Basiskennis Nederlands; kennis van Frans en/of Engels is een troef
