* 30 - 38,5 Stunden/Woche

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Selbstständige Durchführung der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung sowie der Zeitwirtschaft für inländische Konzerngesellschaften

* Beratung von Mitarbeiter*innen und Führungskräften in entgeltrelevanten sowie arbeits- und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Fragestellungen

* Fachliche Unterstützung der standortbezogenen HR Business-Partner

* Erstellung von Auswertungen, Reports und Statistiken sowie Mitwirkung im internen und externen Berichtswesen

Ihr Profil:

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung sowie absolvierte Personalverrechnungsprüfung

* Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung von Vorteil

* Fundierte Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht, Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht

* Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und genaue Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Teamorientierung
