Voor een dynamische en familiale onderneming in de transportsector is TopSkills Recruitment & Academy op zoek naar een IT Verantwoordelijke.Jouw functieAls IT Verantwoordelijke zorg je ervoor dat de verschillende IT-toepassingen en bedrijfsprocessen vlot en efficiënt werken. Je vormt de brug tussen IT en de business en denkt actief mee over verbeteringen en nieuwe oplossingen.Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Je analyseert en optimaliseert operationele en functionele bedrijfsprocessen.
  • Je begeleidt de implementatie van nieuwe IT-toepassingen en controleert of deze beantwoorden aan de vooropgestelde vereisten.
  • Je ondersteunt eindgebruikers en geeft opleidingen over het correcte en efficiënte gebruik van de verschillende systemen.
  • Je verzorgt de communicatie en opvolging met de externe IT-servicedesk.
  • Je denkt mee na over het efficiënte gebruik en de verdere optimalisatie van de ERP-software, waaronder Qargo TMS, HR, garagebeheer en boekhouding.
  • Je formuleert verbeteringsvoorstellen in overleg met de verschillende afdelingen.
  • Je volgt nieuwe IT-trends en technologische ontwikkelingen op.
  • Je werkt mee aan diverse ICT-projecten op lange termijn.

We zoeken iemand die graag initiatief neemt, analytisch denkt en zich vlot beweegt in een IT-omgeving.Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • Een professionele bachelor of master, bij voorkeur in ICT, TEW of een gelijkwaardige opleiding of ervaring.
  • Een sterk analytisch en functioneel denkvermogen.
  • Een brede interesse in technologie en de motivatie om voortdurend bij te leren.
  • Een zelfstandige, proactieve en oplossingsgerichte werkhouding.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en voldoende durf om je in het Frans uit te drukken.
  • Een vlotte omgang met verschillende gebruikers en de capaciteit om complexe zaken op een begrijpelijke manier uit te leggen.
