Key Qualifications:

  • Litigation Expertise: 3-5 years of experience in IP litigation, particularly patent cases.
  • Case Management: Proficiency in all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, and courtroom proceedings.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with the technical aspects of IP law, including relevant technologies and scientific principles.
  • Exceptional Writing: Strong legal writing and research skills, with a portfolio of briefs, motions, and legal memoranda.
  • Communication Skills: Proven ability to engage effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
  • Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
