Voor onze klant, een toonaangevend tuin- en diercentrum in Lommel, zoeken we een enthousiaste Afdelingsverantwoordelijke (M/V/X) voor de Seizoensafdelingen.

Ben jij een inspirerende peoplemanager die energie krijgt van verandering? Steek je graag zelf de handen uit de mouwen en weet je hoe je een afdeling commercieel en visueel tot leven brengt? Dan is deze veelzijdige leidinggevende functie iets voor jou.

Je wordt verantwoordelijk voor verschillende seizoenswerelden, waaronder tuinmeubelen, zwembaden, BBQ, koken en tafelen, woondecoratie en kerst. Deze afdelingen krijgen doorheen het jaar telkens een volledig nieuwe invulling. Samen met je team zorg je ervoor dat klanten bij ieder bezoek opnieuw worden geïnspireerd en verrast

Jouw taken omvatten onder andere:

  • Je coacht, motiveert en ontwikkelt je team.
  • Je coördineert de volledige ombouw van afdelingen bij de start van een nieuw seizoen.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat producten tijdig, op de juiste plaats en in de juiste hoeveelheden beschikbaar zijn.
  • Je volgt KPI’s, voorraadniveaus en commerciële resultaten op.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met collega-verantwoordelijken en de Store Manager.
  • Je helpt actief mee op de winkelvloer en geeft je team het goede voorbeeld.
  • Je hebt ervaring in een leidinggevende functie binnen retail.
  • Je houdt van afwisseling en voelt je goed in een omgeving die voortdurend verandert.
  • Je combineert creativiteit met een sterk commercieel inzicht.
  • Je bent fysiek in goede conditie en werkt graag actief mee op de winkelvloer.
  • Je bent flexibel en bereid om één dag per weekend en op feestdagen te werken.
