Vos missions :

Gestion administrative du personnel :

  • Gérer les entrées et sorties : contrats de travail, avenants, attestations.
  • Suivre les périodes d’essai, absences, congés, arrêts maladie.
  • Assurer la mise à jour des dossiers individuels des salariés.
  • Préparer les documents nécessaires à la vie du contrat (médecine du travail, formation, disciplinaire)

Gestion des disciplinaires :

  • Conseiller et accompagner les managers dans la gestion des situations disciplinaires (avertissements, convocations, sanctions).
  • Rédiger les courriers disciplinaires et suivre les procédures associées.
  • Veiller au respect du droit du travail et de la convention collective du transport.

Accompagnement des managers et des équipes:

  • Accompagner les collaborateurs dans leurs démarches RH et leur parcours professionnel.
  • Contribuer à la prévention des conflits et à l’amélioration du climat social.

Communication Interne :

  • Participer à l'élaboration et à la diffusion des supports de communication interne (intranet).
