Rattaché(e) au Rattaché(e) au Directeur des Opérations, vos principales missions sont les suivantes :

Missions principales : Au cœur de l’exploitation nocturne, veiller au bon déroulement des tractions inter-agences du Groupe – des flux sensibles, sous température dirigée, soumis à une obligation de résultat. Coordonner les interventions sur le réseau, gérer les priorités et les imprévus et faire le lien entre les différents intervenants afin de garantir le bon fonctionnement du réseau, dans les délais et en toute sécurité, en évitant au maximum les perturbations.

Vos missions au quotidien :

Supervision en temps réel :

  • Superviser en temps réel les tractions inter-agences via les outils du Groupe (Square, géolocalisation…)
  • Contrôler le respect des créneaux horaires de départ, de passage et d’arrivée

Chaîne du froid :

  • Contrôler le respect de la chaîne du froid à partir des sondes de température embarquées
  • Réagir immédiatement en cas d’écart de température et en assurer la traçabilité

Gestion des anomalies et des imprévus :

  • Détecter les anomalies (retards, pannes, écarts de température, incidents de route)
  • Déclencher les actions correctives et activer les plans de continuité d’activité (PCA)
  • Gérer les priorités et arbitrer en temps réel pour limiter l’impact des perturbations

Coordination :

  • Coordonner conducteurs, agences et exploitation pour honorer chaque livraison
  • Faire le lien entre les différents intervenants pour que tout se déroule dans les délais et en toute sécurité

Traçabilité et transmission :

  • Consigner les événements de la nuit et les actions engagées
  • Assurer la transmission des informations aux équipes d’exploitation de jour

Profil de recrutement

Qualités : rigueur, réactivité, sang-froid, sens des priorités et vraie aisance dans la gestion des imprévus

Compétences :

  • Goût du pilotage en temps réel
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques d’exploitation (ERP, géolocalisation)
  • Sensibilité aux enjeux de la chaîne du froid et du transport sous température dirigée

Conditions :

Poste de nuit (19h – 3h), 5 jours par semaine, sur site – télétravail non autorisé
