Le groupe Topcon Positioning conçoit, fabrique et distribue des instruments de précision et solutions matérielles et logicielles pour les marchés de la topographie, de la construction, du génie civil et de l’agriculture.

Nous recherchons pour notre activité construction au sein de la filiale Topcon Positioning France, un technicien itinérant résidant idéalement sur le secteur de Reims et alentours pour s’occuper de la partie Grand-Est et Hauts-de-France pour notre service support Machine Control.

Contrat proposé : CDI.

Idéalement avec une expérience de 3 à 5 ans minimum.

Vous interviendrez sur des technologies de guidage avancées (2D / 3D), au cœur de la digitalisation des engins de chantier.

PRINCIPALES MISSIONS

  • Vous assurerez l'installation et le dépannage de nos systèmes de guidage 2D et 3D pour pelle, bull, niveleuse... Vous êtes l’interlocuteur technique privilégié de nos clients sur votre secteur.Partie Installation :Assurer l’assemblage, le montage et la calibration des systèmes de guidage sur tous les types de machine de travaux publics. Partie Dépannage :Assurer le dépannage sur chantier, chez les concessionnaires ou directement chez nos clients finaux de tous nos systèmes. Recherche de la panne à sa résolution. Vous ferez la mise en route sur les produits machine contrôle. A terme :Formation des clients finaux et de nos distributeurs. En l’absence d’intervention planifiée, le technicien pourra être amené à participer aux activités de la hotline à distance.
  • Partie Administrative : Gérer de manière autonome votre inventaire camion. (Etat biannuel à fournir pour les besoins de la comptabilité) Etablir ses rapports d’interventions et le suivi de ses devis jusqu’à la commande du client de manière suivie et régulière. Etablir et suivre ses tickets sur le CRM régulièrement de l’ouverture à la clôture.
  • Déplacements :Déplacements fréquents et réguliers sur votre secteur géographique. Déplacements ponctuels sur l'ensemble de la France. Organisation optimisée des tournées et accompagnement à la prise de poste

COMPÉTENCES ET QUALIFICATIONS

  • Indispensable :Formation technique (maintenance, électrotechnique, mécanique TP…) de niveau Bac +2 Expérience dans la maintenance d’engins de travaux publics Capacité à travailler en autonomie sur le terrain Permis B + mobilité géographique
  • Idéalement :Connaissances en électricité ou électronique Connaissances en topographie, GPS ou systèmes de guidage
  • Vous êtes rigoureux, volontaire et autonome, votre profil nous intéresse.
  • Vous faites preuve d’initiative et avez un bon sens du service client
