Mô tả công việc:

1. Phát triển thị trường & Tạo nguồn Khách hàng tiềm năng (20%):

- Chủ động đề xuất, triển khai và thực hiện các hoạt động / sự kiện / chương trình khuyến mãi nhằm

khai thác tối đa thị trường khách hàng B2C.

2. Quản lý Hệ thống CRM và xây dựng SOPs (10%):

- Kinh nghiệm quản lý dữ liệu trên hệ thống CRM.

- Xây dựng và cải tiến các quy trình làm việc tương thích với hệ thống phần mềm.

3. Quản lý Tuyển sinh (40%):

- Xây dựng kế hoạch kinh doanh đảm bảo các chỉ tiêu được giao.

- Triển khai thực hiện, theo dõi và có phương án thúc đẩy đội ngũ Tuyển sinh đạt chỉ tiêu KPI theo

ngày/ tuần/ tháng/ quý.

- Xây dựng và cải tiến các kịch bản Bán hàng phù hợp theo từng đối tượng.

4. Quản lý Vận hành và Chăm sóc Học viên (20%):

- Chịu trách nhiệm xử lý các hoạt động hàng ngày của Call Center và đảm bảo tổ chức vận hành theo hiệu suất tốt nhất.

- Có kiến thức sâu về hệ thống Call Center để phân tích chi tiết tình hình bán hàng và cải thiện hiệu quả làm việc của Call Center; nhằm đảm bảo các chỉ số KPI công ty đưa ra.

- Phối hợp với các phòng ban liên quan (IT, R&D, TQM...) hoàn thiện các sản phẩm nhằm mang lại trải nghiệm học tập trực tuyến tốt nhất cho khách hàng.

5. Quản lý nguồn lực - Đào tạo và Phát triển Nhân viên (10%):

- Quản lý từ 10 - 30 nhân viên Telesale.

- Đảm bảo hiệu quả về nguồn lực dựa trên định biên nhân sự được duyệt và tình hình hoạt động thực

tế, để có những đề xuất về nhân sự (tuyển dụng/ thuyên chuyển/ chấm dứt) phù hợp.

- Đào tạo, phân công công việc và phát triển nhân viên theo đúng năng lực.

- Ghi nhận, đánh giá và đề xuất khen thưởng nhân viên theo định kỳ.

- Tổ chức các hoạt động gắn kết nhân viên nhằm duy trì đội ngũ ổn định.

- Lên kế hoạch xây dựng đội ngũ kế thừa

Bạn cần chuẩn bị những gì?

  • Tốt nghiệp Cao Đẳng Đại học, ưu tiên ứng viên tốt nghiệp Khối ngành Kinh tế
  • Có kinh nghiệm làm việc từ 3 năm lĩnh vực Telesales và Dịch vụ khách hàng.
  • Đam mê với công việc sale, kinh doanh.
  • Kỹ năng giao tiếp và thuyết phục khách hàng tốt.
  • Có tinh thần cầu tiến, siêng năng và trung thực khi tiếp xúc với khách hàng
  • Sử dụng thành tạo tin học văn phòng.
