Mô tả công việc

- Liên hệ chào mừng & cung cấp thông tin khóa học cho học viên.

- Hỗ trợ học viên đăng nhập và hướng dẫn tham gia trải nghiệm chương trình học tập thành công.

- Cung cấp thông tin cần thiết và hỗ trợ các vấn đề phát sinh theo nhu cầu học viên

- Báo cáo và phối hợp xử lý các vấn đề phát sinh với quản lý trực tiếp

Yêu cầu ứng viên

- Tuổi: 21 - 22

- Sinh viên năm 3-4 hoặc mới tốt nghiệp Đại học, ưu tiên ứng viên thuộc Khối ngoại ngữ, sư phạm & xã hội nhân văn.

- Hình thức làm việc: full-time internship

- Giao tiếp khéo léo và xử lý tình huống linh hoạt, nhanh nhẹn.

- Giọng nói truyền cảm, dễ nghe.

- Có kinh nghiệm dịch vụ, chăm sóc khách hàng hoặc hiểu biết về kỹ thuật & công nghệ là điểm cộng.

Quyền lợi
