The posting

O Especialista atuará como o segundo nível de contato para lidar com problemas de suporte técnico dos parceiros de negócios. O foco principal é o suporte documental e a resolução de incidentes/solicitações de serviço encaminhadas de analistas de suporte do Service Desk ou enviadas por meio do autoatendimento. O aprovado conduzirá o gerenciamento de problemas e criará a documentação da solução para uso interno do Service Desk e para uso do parceiro de negócios. Além disso,orientará os novos funcionários do Service Desk e tratará de questões mais complexas para a resolução. Também liderará e participará do projeto e do trabalho de mudança.

• Inglês e Espanhol Avançado • Experiência com sistema operacional Windows, Apple OS, Active Directory, MS Office Suite, sistemas de bilhetagem, call center, dispositivos móveis e antivírus/spyware. • Proficiência técnica: compreensão das tecnologias de telecomunicações, incluindo VoIP, PBX e SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) • Negociação de contratos: Trabalhar com provedores de serviços móveis e de dados para negociar termos, preços e acordos de nível de serviço (SLAs) para garantir que a organização obtenha os melhores negócios possíveis. • Gestão de fornecedores: Avaliar e gerenciar relacionamentos com fornecedores, garantindo que eles atendam às necessidades e padrões da organização. • Gerenciamento de despesas: Revisar e gerenciar despesas de telecomunicações, identificar oportunidades de economia de custos e garantir a precisão do faturamento. • Gerenciamento de dispositivos móveis (MDM): implementação e gerenciamento de soluções MDM para garantir o uso seguro e eficiente de dispositivos móveis dentro da organização e a conformidade com os padrões de segurança organizacional • Experiência de trabalho com hardware desktop, laptop e thin client, além de periféricos como impressoras e telefones de mesa. • Familiarizado com os processos e estrutura ITIL. Certificação ITIL v3 ou 2011 uma vantagem.
