Nous recherchons un·e Responsable de secteurs qui aura en charge le management de nos équipes d’exploitation sur le canton de Neuchâtel et Jura, ainsi que la gestion du portefeuille clients. Soucieux·se de la satisfaction de nos clients et de nos collaborateur·trice‚s au quotidien, vous serez le·la garant·e de la bonne exécution des prestations réalisées chez nos clients dans le respect des cahiers des charges associés et du respect des procédures et des valeurs de l’entreprise.

RESPONSABILITÉS

GESTION DE LA RELATION CLIENT : - Gérer la relation avec les clients et répondre à leurs besoins (réunion de suivi) - Réaliser les rapports de visites et suivi des actions correctives - Réaliser les contrôles qualité sur une partie du portefeuille - Répondre aux demandes de devis / avenants de nos clients en coordination avec le(la) responsable opérationnel. - Assurer le suivi administratif avec le(la) responsable opérationnel - Veiller à la satisfaction et à la fidélisation de notre clientèle.

MANAGEMENT DES ÉQUIPES D’EXPLOITATION : - Management des équipes d’exploitations sur le canton de Neuchâtel et Jura - Planification des travaux périodiques et management de l’équipe de travaux spéciaux - Veiller au respect des consignes de sécurité en coordination avec le Responsable SST - Identification des personnels sur site (Port des EPI, tenues de travail, etc) - Assurer une communication fluide et transparente envers nos clients et nos collaborateur·trice·s

ORGANISATION ET EXÉCUTION DES PRESTATIONS : - Organisation et mise en oeuvre des prestations (fiches de postes, planning, respect des cahiers des charges) - Assurer le suivi administratif et financier avec le·la responsable opérationnel - Respecter les budgets en coordination avec le·la responsable opérationnel - Gérer les besoins en personnel d'entretien (gestion des remplacements) - Gestion des commandes de matériels et produits

QUALIFICATIONS - Expérience d’au moins 2 ans dans un poste équivalent, dans le domaine du nettoyage/Facility Services - Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques usuels - Permis de conduire obligatoire - Casier judiciaire vierge requis - Très bon niveau oral et écrit en français (B2) - Personne polyvalente, à l'écoute, bon relationnel, assidue et pragmatique - Bonnes compétences organisationnelles et de communication - Autonomie dans le travail - Connaissances de base en langues : portugais / espagnol (un atout)

Horaires à convenir, entre 6h00 et 19h00, selon exigence de notre clientèle.
